What is the best AI chatbot? I would say there is no such thing as ‘the best and ultimate chatbot’ that will suit all businesses equally. For any business, the key to success is assessing its needs, selecting an option that will work for it, and testing it to find out whether it really is a good fit. I think the question business owners should really ask is not “What is the best chatbot in the market?” but “What is the best chatbot for my business for the foreseeable future?”
